Dissatisfied

I installed this game in 2014 and I love this game but I had to uninstall it due to lack of space. I just recently went back to install the game over and instead of all the progress I had come back I had to start from the beginning and this is the second time that this has happened. They need to fix that issue. I do enjoy playing the game its relaxing.
