Great Customer Service!
I was having trouble logging into the game because I needed to switch from using a deleted Facebook account to using a new Facebook account. When I kept trying to log in, it took me back to the beginning of the game. I had lost all my progress, and Ive been playing this game for a couple of years. Leigh in Customer Service saved the day! It actually took us a few days to work it out because theyre in New Zealand and Im on the west coast of the U.S., so the time difference was a barrier, but my account was restored! I didnt lose anything! Thanks, Leigh!
