Somethings wrong with flatter

I had to delete my whole flutter game because my high ranking butterflies like King page swallow tails were disappearing two at a time. My forest was complete and then my butterflies were disappearing! I contacted support three or four times and nobody ever got back to me so I deleted the game and started over. Well see how it goes this time
