Fun game, until it glitches and no one will fix it

After the last update it logged me out and when I tried to log back in it logged into the wrong Facebook account. I cannot remove that Facebook account no matter what I do and I cannot access my original game. When I contacted support they replied once with a fix that didnt work and have since not replied back. Crappy support. Was a huge fan.
